Robin Quittell

Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Quittell is Chief Human Resources Officer and is based in New York. She serves on the Leadership Committee and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Ms. Quittell joined Fortress in 2007, and she previously worked on the Fortress in-house legal team as Head Compensation and Benefits Counsel, advising various businesses at Fortress on employment-related issues, international hiring considerations and various matters relating to equity-based and cash compensation. Prior to joining Fortress, Ms. Quittell worked in the executive compensation and benefits groups of the law firms Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Morrison Cohen LLP.

Ms. Quittell received an A.B. from Duke University, where she graduated summa cum laude, and received a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

In addition, Ms. Quittell serves on the Library Advisory Board of Duke University.
